Yes. Caja can be enabled per security group on Microsoft 365. Without user setup. Billing automatically adjusts based on the active users by using a pro-rated 7-day high water mark.
5. Will this slow down my email client?
Processing happens in the cloud with zero performance impact. User interaction or installation is not required, installation is handled on Microsoft 365 by someone with admin rights.
